API

An immaculately designed and tested Application Program Interface (API) controls the automation of the Fragment Analyzer INFINITY by operating all the drawers and allowing users to set the electrophoresis methods. Notably, the API can be customized to meet your unique needs.

  • NGS / Large Fragment

    NGS / Large Fragment analysis

    The Fragment Analyzer offers NGS labs:

    • Simplified Sample Handling : Requires a single dilution step into a 96-well plate.

    • No Chip Loading : Separation gel is automatically loaded into capillaries prior to each run.

    • Extended DNA Sizing : Separate and size DNA fragments and smears through 50kb.

    • High Sensitivity : Detect library smears at initial concentrations of 50 pg/µl.

    • Multi Plate Capacity : Holds up to 288 samples in 3 x 96 well plates. Sample rows and/or plates can be analyzed in a user-defined order.

    • Suitable for All NGS Sequencing Instruments : Analysis of mate paired and large fragment libraries.

  • Genomic DNA

    Genomic DNA analysis

    The Fragment Analyzer offers Genomic DNA labs:

    • Analyze gDNA at High Sample Concentration : The kit is designed to streamline genomic DNA analysis at high input concentration by using a single 200-fold dilution.

    • Extended DNA Sizing Range : Accurately and precisely sizes gDNA samples from 75Kb up to 60Kb

    • Short Run Times : 12, 48 or 96 samples are analyzed in 60 minutes or less.

    • Determine Genomic DNA Integrity : A user-defined threshold that allows users to decide what qualified as good as gDNA for their unique application.

    • No Chip Loading : Universal capillary array handles multiple applications.

    • High Sensitivity : Detection limits as low as 50 pg/μL. Use as little as 0.5 μL input sample.

    The Fragment Analyzer streamlines genomic DNA analysis, providing both integrity and quantification in a single assay. Flexible design and high sensitivity provide results from as little as 0.5 μL of input gDNA, preserving precious samples.

  • RNA

    RNA analysis

    The Fragment Analyzer offers RNA labs:

    • Quality (Integrity) Analysis: : Analytical software metric provides RNA quality indicator which correlates to current industry practices.

    • High Sensitivity : Detection limits as low as 50 pg/μL total RNA and 250 pg/μL messenger RNA. Detect samples at initial concentrations as low as 50 pg/μL of purified small RNA.

    • Short Run Times : Analyze 12, 48 or 96 total RNA samples in about 40 minutes. Complete analysis for small RNA in approximately 22 minutes.

    • Simplified Sample Handling : Requires a single dilution step into a 96-well sample plate or strip tubes.

    • No Chip Loading : Universal capillary array handles multiple applications.

    • No Manual Priming : Separation gel automatically loaded into capillaries prior to each run.

  • CRISPR / Cas9

    CRISPR / Cas9 analysis

    The Fragment Analyzer offers CRISPR / Cas9 labs:

    • Eliminate Slab Gel Usage : With its ease of use, ability to hold multiple 96 well sample plates, fast electrophoresis times, sensitivity and versatility.

    • Ease of Use : Simply “load and go”.

    • Sample Loading : Holding up to 3 x 96 well plates, sample plates can be queued to run while new plates are loaded into the instrument as soon as samples have been injected.

    • Time to Results : With an automated workflow, loaded samples will run unattended until complete.

    • Sensitivity : Cleaved fragments can be detected down to 5pg/μL under the right experimental conditions.

    • Versatility : With many Gel Kits to choose from, users can qualify or quantify all types of DNA fragments.

    The Fragment Analyzer can be used in multiple ways related to CRISPR/Cas9 mutagenesis including single guide RNA (sgRNA) for cleavage efficiency, analyzing mutation events in cell lines or pools of individual cells, plant cells and microbes.
